The core of the rope can be made by any type of yarn and is fed from a maximum of 28 cylindrical bobbins or flance spools, for each of the 4 twisters. The covering threads of each end is fed by 8 cone spools (3°30'). The ends can be made in different colours and covered by cotton, acrylic, polyester, polypropylene, lurex and others. Fully electronic machine with separate control for each functional machine member. All the movements are controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) conduct by an operator panel (on which is possible to control and to change (ON LINE) the movement of any parts of the machine).
It is also possible to memorize the complete setting out of the machine prepared to produce a kind of article and call it back for the next similar production.
